as the Dragon had hoped. Instead Bolga used his new power to gather
an army of Beastmen to attack Lorn Velpa. However the attack was
foiled at the Battle of the Sighing Plain by an alliance of Elves
(led by Elthiria), humans (led by Al-Nisr) and Druids (led by
Hieronymous). Bolga was captured and imprisoned by the Druids near
Castle Kulg in the Stormlands. He was later released by the Grey
Man in exchange for his participation in the Battle of Frogton
Fields where he slew, but was slain by Prince Podgett.
's soul with the Icon of the Dragon to
form Mysteriones. This enraged Bloodbane into attacking and
destroying Tovilyis and also the Quarmallian army which was
attacking it, thus ending the War of the Elves and Quarmall.
Bloodbane seethed with the desire for revenge and to restore his stolen life, but he could not attack Coryon directly. Instead, he persuded the giant Bolga to kill Coryon, intending to slay Bolga upon his return. Bolga succeeded, but never returned to Bloodbanes lair.
When Imric foolishly attempted to use the Icon of the Dragon,
Bloodbane attacked Imric's Hold and laid waste to the
Elven lands, waiting for Mysteriones. At the Battle of
Imric's Hold (Dog*Black Witch*Ogre) Bloodbane fled
when Griflet's arrow shocked Imric awake. Bloodbane
caused irreparable damage to the elven homeland however, including
causing the deaths of Imric and Eder, the last elven royalty.
Bloodbane fled to his lair in the wild wood of the Forest of Sibilan. But he was hunted down there by Griflet and Polydices. A later expedition by the elves recovered much treasure which Bloodbane had stolen from Tovilyis.

Stone, finally slain by Griflet on Dove*Harvest*Gorgon in the 20th
Cycle.'s rage at being
enslaved and drained of life made him destroy Tovilyis along with
the Quarmallians.
After the destruction of Tovilyis, Coryon remained in his sanctuary, ashamed and crazed by his action, until Bolga found him and killed him. But the Lords of the Higher Worlds did not forgive Coryon for his transformation of the Law Stone; they cursed him so that he could not truly die. A fraction of his soul lived on in the ugliest, crudest, most unfinished of his sculptures.
During the Stormlands 2 campaign, Coryon's Horrible
Abomination of Stone attacked and nearly killed Griflet when he
climbed the Red Rock. Griflet escaped (saved by Astalin), but he
returned a year later (by Celedril's command) with the
Rod of Kulg to give Coryon final justice.
'Ool was Horn Hulfing's wily
lieutenant, the actual brains behind many of Hulfing's
most daring exploits. He was a cautious man with a thin moustache.
's End's intelligence was
gradually affecting the citizens of Lankhmar City, making them more
greedy and violent than normal. The demon's plans were
foiled during Murderer's Moon by Maelin and his
friends, with the help of the wizard Sheelba of the Eyeless Face.
'ai is a high ranking Githzerai from the
Adamant Citadel to the south. He grew impatient with the caution of
other Githzerai on Nehwon, and determined to show them what he
could do. Accordingly, he took himself to Tovilyis to raise an
army. He found it easy to manipulate the hatreds and desires of
lesser mortals he discovered. He played on the
Beggars' hatred of the Lake-Men to gain himself a base
of operations and allies. Similarly, he stirred up the Lost Race of
the Wild Wood by using their dislike of elves and men.
Gralik's aim was to conquer the surrounding region and
present the fait accompli to his southern peers. However he
encountered unexpected resistance from the Knights of Lorn Velpa
and the Protectors of Sibilan, led by the ranger Vardin
's organisation of twisted druids until he
saw the light. The Grey Man took control of the Stormlands, and
would have gone further. However, before his plans could come to
fruition, he was slain. As he died by Eder's blade,
The Grey Man pronounced a curse upon Imric and his lands, the Elven
Wood. Perhaps his curse had some effect, for ill-fortune soon
befell the elves.

Prince Muburuk of Kadesh eventually tired of Horn

this.

"Steel of the Stormlands"
was one of the Lords of the Stormlands. He got his name for the
iron deposits in the foothills of the Mountains of Hunger south of
Caer Tollund. Tollund used this steel, together with the services
of master armourer Asquarti, to forge fine armour and weapons for
his troops. Tollund, like many of the Lords, had ambitions to rule
the Stormlands. But Daphne, in conjunction with Lord
Weemsley's men, attacked Caer Tollund by surprise and
took it. Lord Tollund was captured and placed in his own dungeon by
Sir Arcturus, the new warden of the renamed Castle Lawden.
